The role This is an exciting opportunity to join the School of Economics as an Executive Assistant. The role plays an important role in managing the peaks and troughs of a wide range of administrative processes and will provide high quality support to academic and professional service colleagues in a busy and successful School. The role holder will work particularly closely with the Senior Executive Assistant, a second Executive Assistant and an Administrative Assistant, and will also build strong understanding of all that the School seeks to deliver. What will you be doing? The role holder will work in a busy team and undertake tasks such: as collecting and managing data; use key databases and information systems; support events and meetings; process expenses and other payments; deliver and improve administrative systems; produce and manage reports and other documents as required; and show initiative and deal proactively with queries in a professional and helpful manner.
