The role This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic and supportive team to provide high-level, pro-active and professional administrative support to the new Pro Vice-Chancellor of Global Engagement and the University’s Executive Group (Deputy Vice-Chancellors, Pro Vice-Chancellors, Chief Financial Officer and Registrar). What will you be doing? Providing complex diary management and support for the Executive Director of Faculty Operations. Organise high-level complex international travel. Provide high quality personal assistant support to the Executive Director of Faculty Operations. Servicing committees, which includes minute taking, calendar entries and ensuring that actions are closed and in-hand for the next meeting. Proactively seeking to improve processes and keeping resources up to date. You should apply if You have a proven track record in administration, excellent customer service and communication skills and are skilled at forming effective relationships with stakeholders. You should be accurate, responsive and have excellent IT skills.
