The role The Jean Golding Institute (JGI) (www.bristol.ac.uk/golding) are looking to appoint a part time (50%) Senior Executive Assistant to support the Institute’s Director and Manager as well as providing administrative support to the wider JGI team. What will you be doing? The role holder will provide high level support to the Institute Director and Manager, as well as administrative tasks such as minute taking, booking meeting rooms, arranging high level meetings, which will include travel arrangements, and dealing with a variety of communication from all levels within the University and external persons as well. The role holder will support other administrators within the Institute, as well as providing administrative support to the wider JGI team. You should apply if The successful applicant will have excellent communication and customer service skills who enjoys working in a busy environment and has a willingness to engage and help others. They will be a team player who is an experienced administrator, personal or Executive Assistant.
