This hugely successful multi-million pound turnover company has a new opportunity for an experienced EA - Executive Assistant - to provide support to the CEO and C-level team. This is a permanent, hybrid role and can be worked either full-time or part-time (more details below).
Executive Assistant the role:
This is a classic, well-rounded EA position managing a variety of duties. Working closely with the Board, you ll be responsible for: diary management; travel; organising meetings; managing communications for the CEO; completing specific tasks for the CEO and the team; acting as an interface between the executive team and management; developing presentations; managing the communications in and around meetings; expense management; and ad-hoc duties to help support the team and company.
Executive Assistant the person:
This opportunity requires a seasoned EA or PA with a solid track record in supporting C-level staff.
Having this background, it goes without saying that you should have: excellent interpersonal skills, superb organisation and time-management abilities, strong writing and editing skills, excellent MS Office and general technology tools for the job, a reliable nature, and strong decision-making abilities.
Executive Assistant the location:
This is a hybrid role, with a leaning to more remote WFH work, but requires tractability for when the CEO is attending the office. Sometimes this could 1-2 times per week, other times just a couple of days every few weeks! Flexibility is key and you must be able to commute to Bedford when required.
Executive Assistant the hours:
The job is permanent, but has the capacity to be worked either full-time or part-time.
If part-time, then it must still be 5 days per week, between hours, so 5-6 hours per day.
This is a fantastic opportunity to settle with a company that has grown by 50% in recent years and fosters growth. Job offer subject to security background checks.
