Executive Assistant

A Chartered Financial Planning firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team to support an Adviser. You will be working within a team that prioritises Teamwork, Passion, Ambition, Community, and Honesty to guide their approach to work and their clients.

We are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator who is looking for a new challenge with an environment that encourages personal development and team work.

Competitive salary on offer £25,000 - £28,000 we will also consider someone who is looking for part – time work 3 days a week and they also offer flexible working.

Responsibilities include:

Corresponding with clients and providers.

Obtaining quotes and managing applications.

Collaborating with Advisers and Paraplanners.

First point of contact for client queries.

Producing client paperwork.

General office duties.

Back-office system maintenance.
