Executive Assistant

Juice is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading financial management company based in Bristol, with the appointment of an Executive Office Assistant to join their team. The business is going through an exciting period of growth, making it the perfect time to join. They are looking for individuals who are looking to develop their professional skillset and grow within the business.

DAY TO DAY:

• Supporting the internal communications with daily tasks, collaborating with departments.
• Taking the lead on planning and implementation of internal events.
• Ensuring effective communication with external stakeholders and alternate departments, responding to enquiries promptly.
• Co-ordinating meetings and events on behalf of senior company executives.
• Organising email inboxes and prioritising urgent inbound messages.
• Arranging business travel including accommodation, flights and transportation in accordance with allocated budget.
• Managing boardroom bookings.
• Submitting relevant executive reports for board and executive meetings.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in an Executive Support role.
• Highly organised individual with ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
• Focused with great attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable and resilient individual showing leadership qualities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and software applications such as Salesforce.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
