A hugely successful and innovative creative brand consultancy is looking for a dynamic, commercially minded EA to support the charismatic Founder/CEO. The role is REMOTE working with the ability to spend a day or 2 every 2 weeks in central London for internal and client meetings.
They work with global corporate companies across a raft of industries, all household names and many in the luxury sector. The Founder is a strategist and a force of nature, passionate about the company and a fantastic boss, appreciative, generous, an excellent communicator and great fun, no two days will be the same.
80% business support and 20% private you will be the principal’s right-hand, working together in a partnership. Ideally, you have experience supporting a fast-paced principal in an international corporate creative industry or an international entrepreneur
The role :
- Very busy diary, managing inbox Stakeholder & client management Get fully immersed in the business Arranging extensive UK travel, and international travel every two months Setting up, attending and minuting meetings, agendas, actions and follow-ups Working very closely with the founder on business development Founder identifies and reaches out for all new business, EA will follow up, set up meetings, manage diary etc., oversee presentations etc. Bring new ideas to existing systems and processes Preparing PowerPoint presentations - need to be advanced. Intermediate Excel Lots of internal comms using WhatsApp Daily Teams meetings with the principal and others London meetings, typically 1 or 2 days every 2 weeks in central London Adhoc private support
Candidate :
- Their clients are big corporates so must be used to to dealing directly with international corporate clients - CONFIDENT
- Strong character, gravitas, commercial mind, good ATD
- A doer, a completer, proactive
- A massive team player, who also understands the founder can be a free spirit in terms of their thinking and creativity, things move and change around.
- Someone who is protective of the principal without it being obvious
