Then we have the dream job for you as an Executive Assistant at a top private equity firm.
Imagine yourself as the quarterback of a highly functioning professional team, keeping everyone organised and on top of their game.
This role is about supporting a team of 5 brilliant professionals. You'll be the go-to person for the Principal, who will take up approx 80% of your time, their right-hand confidante when it comes to scheduling, travel, and all things admin. The others will be fairly light touch but definitely need someone who will show them the love.
Here's the deal:
- You're a master of organisation, the unsung hero who keeps information flowing and the team running smoothly.
- You've got excellent communication skills: no one has ever had to chase you for an answer: you are on it, all of the time, you don't drop balls.
- You hold a minimum 2:1 degree and have 3-4 years' experience as an EA in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- You're a team player with a great sense of humour.
- You are more than happy to provide personal support. Booking personal holidays? You've got it! Dinner Reservations? No problems!
- You are proactive - always looking to see how processes can be streamlined. If I were to ask for an example, you would have 5 you could describe at the drop of a hat.
This is a 9-5:30 role, Monday to Friday, 5 days in office with a competitive salary of £55,000-£60,000 and excellent bonus potential.
