My client, a well-established Financial Services institution are looking for a self-motivated Executive Assistant to join their team.
The successful candidate will deliver high-level PA support to the CEO's
Duties of Executive Assistant:
- Organise and maintain calendars, schedule appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications on their behalf, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate prioritisation.
- Provide administrative support for the CEO's such as drafting documents, producing reports and preparing presentations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including logistics, agendas, minute taking and follow-up actions
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation
- Assess priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality, maintaining trust and professionalism in all interactions and transactions.
- Anticipate and resolve issues efficiently, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability in addressing challenges as they arise.
- Assisting with projects and initiatives as required. Providing support with project planning, coordination, and implementation.
Essential:
- Must be a strongly capable Microsoft Office user including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Must have an ability to work within a fast paced and ever-changing organisation
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with colleagues and external partners.
