SalaryAn experienced Executive Assistant is required for this 6-8 week temporary assignment to support the executive team for this Academy in Wakefield. The successful candidate will be available immediately and be able to commit to the booking which will be for at least 6 weeks. Working on site, the successful EA will have established experience supporting to Board level and MUST have an Enhanced DBS; duties will vary but will include;
- Supporting the CEO & COO
- Arranging & attending meetings
- Taking minutes
- Writing up action notes
- Arranging travel
- Stakeholder management
- All ad hoc support
This is a fantastic short term role which would suit a strong Executive Assistant, working on site 8-4, the successful candidate will have;
- Minimum of 5 years EA experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong time management & organisational skills
- Be available immediately
- Hold an ENHANCED DBS
