Job Description:
A West Yorkshire-based college is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Executive Management Team (EMT).
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide a professional executive support service to the Principal and CEO, including active and efficient diary management, organization and administration of meetings and functions, and dealing discreetly with matters and communications of a confidential nature.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of administrative support to the Executive Management Team
- Active and efficient diary management
- Organization and administration of meetings and functions
- Discreet handling of matters and communications of a confidential nature
- Keep up to date with current policy and initiatives affecting the College
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience in providing executive support to senior management
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
- High-level IT skills, specifically in Office 365 and MS Teams
- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
