Are you ready to be at the heart of Microsoft UK's leadership? The UK CEO Office is looking for an Executive Assistant to the UK CEO, reporting directly to the Director - Business Manager (BM). You will play a crucial role in the daily operations and strategic initiatives of our organisation. Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar with precision, ensuring an efficient schedule that aligns with strategic priorities.
- Proactively facilitate communication and coordination with key stakeholders, including the senior leadership team and external customers & partners. Collaborate and share best practices that drive efficiency across organizations.
- Organise and oversee logistics for domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless experiences for the CEO. Including supporting the CEO in preparing for high-level meetings and events.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with the Director - Business Manager and other team members in the UK CEO Office to drive key projects and initiatives forward.
- Own expense management for the executive office. Educate administrative team on Microsoft policy to ensure compliancy across team/division/organization and escalates issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
- Proven experience as an EA to senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient, tenacious, and a quick learner with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences, and incredibly organized.
