Duties:
- EA support to a c-suite executive team
- Dealing with confidential correspondence and queries
- Be forward thinking, understanding prioritisation
- Work with the upmost discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Organising meetings and appointments around a busy calendar
- Complex diary management, managing a busy weekly diary
- Creating and distributing meeting minutes
- Producing reports, presentations, documentation, and briefing papers
- Report production
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Extensive EA experience supporting ideally at board/c-suite level
- A proactive, autonomous, flexible, and dedicated individual
- Someone who is forward thinking, a problem solver, and solution provider
- Someone who is keen to work for a collaborative team and make a positive impact
- A dedicated professional who has an approachable and proactive nature
