Job Title: Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Contract: Temporary (6-8 weeks)

Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: Kenilworth, with some agile working

Salary: £16.48 - £19.23 per hour

Tirebuck Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant to provide confidential, high-level executive, secretarial and administrative support primarily to the Director and various members of the Executive Leadership Team.

Duties include:

• Working directly with high-level employees.
• Preparing corporate documents.
• Accepting and making calls, taking messages, transferring calls, and handling email correspondence on behalf of the executive.
• Scheduling and booking conference rooms and taking minutes.
• Managing schedules and diaries.
• Planning and organising team events.
• Preparing and reviewing meeting briefs, reports, presentations, slide decks, and other documents.
• Overseeing travel arrangements.

Skills and experience required:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• High level attention to detail.
• Experience of managing multiple and complex diaries.
• High levels of confidentiality and integrity.
• A proactive team player.
• Able to work independently.
