Executive Assistant - Real Estate
Central London
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Are you a bright self-starter, with experience previously supporting multiple individuals within a Real Estate organisation?
I am working with a huge, international commercial Real Estate firm, who have an exciting new opportunity available for an experienced EA. This is a permanent, full-time position to be based within their Central London office, supporting 3 Senior Partners.
Key responsibilities;
- Extensive diary management - Schedule, book and arrange internal and external meetings, across different time zones.
- Email inbox management, responding on behalf of the Partners, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring completion of tasks.
- Manage and coordinate all travel and accommodation for the team.
- Attending meetings, taking down minutes, and following up on actions as required.
- Monitoring and approving expense submissions.
- Supporting with client projects as needed.
- Provide ad hoc training on in-house systems for new starters.
- Induction for new starters and sourcing of IT equipment and logins.
- Help organise staff events, including team Summer & Christmas parties, remaining within specific budgets.
- Provide general office support, as needed.
- Provide high level support in creating presentations, pitches, reports, and proposals in line with requirements.
Your experience;
- Previous experience multi-tasking, changing work priorities accordingly
- Highly efficient in using Word, PowerPoint, Office, Excel, Teams, and Zoom - Workday/Salesforce experience would also be a bonus
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Ability to take ownership of problems to see through to solution
- Ability to manage multiple expectations effectively
- Confidence to ensure that deadlines are met on time
- Be an organised and efficient team player
