SalaryJuice are delighted to be working with a well-known trust within Gloucester in their search for an Executive Assistant.
If you are an experienced EA looking for part-time/flexible hours, this is the ideal role for you!
Hours can be negotiated if you want either more or less.
Day to day:
Providing administrative assistance to the CEO and other senior members of the trust
Act as the point of call for all stakeholders wishing to raise issues with the board
Ensure appropriate communications between stakeholders and layers of the trust
Take notes recording all decisions accurately
Draft minutes of meeting
Diary management
Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information
Other EA responsibilities
We love to see:
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
Someone who is flexible and adaptable
Level 3 or above in relevant qualification such as Business Management/Administration
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised and works well independently
Experience working with confidential information
Excellent computer literacy
