Hourly rate: £15.00 per hour

Temp position 3 months with possible extension

Hours: 37 Full Time, with flexibility

Remote homeworking occasional in-person events planned across our Cambridge and Peterborough. Go into Huntingdon office once a week as and when required.PE293TN

We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant individual to support the PA team for the executive director at Cambridge and Peterborough Combined Local Authority.

This is a great time to become part of our successful organisation, which is on an exciting growth trajectory. We require someone who can provide PA assistance to the executive director. Our environment is close-knit and non-hierarchical, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

Responsibilities include managing the director's diary, organising meetings, and ensuring that actions are followed through. You'll play a vital role in maintaining momentum by preparing materials in advance of meetings, minute taking and coordinating events.

We're seeking a conscientious and proactive team player with strong written communication skills, who is highly organised and an experienced PA.

This is a hybrid role, predominantly remote (95%), with occasional in-person events planning across Cambridge and Peterborough.
