LSL is one of the largest providers of services to mortgage intermediaries and valuation services to the UK's biggest mortgage lenders as well as a franchsied network of Estate Agency branches.
Based within our Estate Agency Franchise Division in Newcaslte, we are looking for an experinced Executive Assistant to support the Divisional Managing Director and the Senior ManagementTeam.
As an Executive Assistant you will provide administrative support to the Managing Director and members of the Senior Management Team providing a dedicated resource and expertise to ensure optimum delivery for the business.
Key responsibilites of the role as an Executive Assistant will include:
- Provide PA support to the Franchise Divisional Managing Director and Senior Management Team (SMT), to encompass full diary and e-mail management, travel arrangements, accommodation, and a wide range of administrative procedures commensurate with this wide and varied role.
- Responsible for producing agendas, minute taking, monthly and quarterly pack production, maintaining action trackers for SMT meetings.
- Produce and manage monthly expense claims for the Managing Director and SMT
- Organise and facilitate internal and external meetings and arrange any necessary equipment and lunches.
- Assist Senior Managers and their reporting Managers with administration, arranging meetings, travel and accommodation, and any other duties as required.
- Ad hoc minute taking for HR meetings, i.e. grievance, disciplinary or any other meetings which require a note taker.
- Production of weekly/monthly MI reports with advanced formatting in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Liaise with other Executive PA's across the LSL Group
- Set up/improve systems to maximise efficiency.
- Assist in managing and coordinating projects as required.
The successful candidate will ideally display:
- Extensive organisation skills wih the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent PC skills, with expereince of Microsoft Office to a high standard (notably Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous Executive Support experience to Director/s.
- Ability to work on own initiative, to manage and organise own workloads.
- A self-starter with initiative who will go above and beyond to get the job done.
- A team player who is willing to work collaboratively, as well as independently.
