This role requires an Executive Assistant who can thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide high-level support to the CEO and other members of the SLT team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the Secretarial & Business Support department.

Description
- Support the Chief Executive by managing key administrative tasks and processes, using discretion and sound judgment to ensure correct prioritisation, suitable drafting of responses, and production of supplementary information as required.
- Attend key meetings, track action, help drive completion of key deliverables, and follow up on outstanding items.
- Manage workflows that require approvals obtaining relevant information and promptly producing minutes.
- Maintain a forward activity calendar for the organisation and assist the Chief Executive in managing the Strategic Plan.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team in managing and administrating cross-cutting organisational activities such as performance reviews, projects and program coordination.
- Assisting the CEO and Directors to support the Board, Chair of Trustees, and governance structures of the charity.
- Coordinating and providing secretariat for governance meetings, including taking minutes at Board meetings.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- An educational background in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Experience in managing and overseeing office operations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
