Tate are working with a well-known local authority in their search for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide direct, confidential support to one of their Senior Directors.
You would be based in the Children & Education Department with responsibilities including:
- To keep their diary up-to-date and to ensure that the Director is on time for appointments.
- To assist the Director in managing his/her diary to achieve their priorities, to manage expectations of diary requests, prioritise the Directors time and to ensure the appropriateness of attendance and that all necessary arrangements are made for meetings, events and conferences.
- To produce daily support packs for the Director
- Acting as a contact point, assess and respond to incoming communications and have an awareness of the impact of arising matters. Ensure appropriate information is monitored, filtered and disseminated between the office and internal and external contacts, only referring matters when necessary.
- To support the Director with expenses and payments from their budget including the
- Raising of requisitions and setting up of new suppliers on their finance system).
- Provide high quality business support work, taking ownership and responsibility for end-to-end processes.
- To support visits, events internal and external meetings where required, including preparation of briefing packs/papers, attending and taking minutes as required and acting as progress chaser in relevant matters.
To apply it's essential you have previous experience supporting senior management and proven ability to prioritise in a fast paced and complex work environment.
