This role is responsible for providing outstanding executive support to the Managing Director – Head of Wealth Planning across all Wealth Planner operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Comprehensive email and diary management services for the Head of Wealth Planning
- Arranging and managing the smooth running of Wealth Planning events
- Creating and coordinating the supply of meeting and visit preparation packs for the Head of Wealth Planning
- Taking meeting minutes, collating agendas with action points and ensuring the required distribution to the necessary parties
- Responsible for collating and preparing presentations, documents, and meeting packs for the Head of Wealth Planning
- Managing and booking all travel arrangements for the Head of Wealth Planning ensuring their expenses are completed monthly
- Managing the onboarding of new starters under the line management of the Head of Wealth Planning including arranging HR and IT inductions
- Approving expenses on behalf of the Head of Wealth Planning
- Tracking and organising annual leave arrangements for all direct reports of the Head of Wealth Planning
This list is not exhaustive, and the Executive Assistant will be expected to undertake any other task as reasonably requested by their line manager where appropriate training and/or guidance is provided.
