About the Role
A fantastic, yet rare opportunity has arisen as we are looking for an experienced and skilled hands on Executive Head Chef to take the reins in our committed, high performing and effective kitchen teams.
The ideal candidate will lead, motivate and inspire the team, creating the right culture within our kitchens to drive consistency and performance.
The successful candidate will have experience of managing multi-site operations and have delivered fine dining and managed kitchens capable of servicing University students, staff and conferences together with evidence of award winning sustainability credentials and a strong ethos on financial awareness.
Ideally you will have worked in both the private and public sector, this role is predominantly day time hours Monday-Friday - with some evening and weekend events.
