Executive Internal Recruiter

Are you an experienced Executive Level Recruiter. A new internal recruitment role has been created that will join a well established human resources team in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing and attracting top talent, must have exclusive experience of recruiting £70,000 - £200,000 roles.

Description

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organisation.
• Partner with company leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
• Create and implement employment marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers.
• Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
• Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders, and HR.
• Work closely with both external and internal clients on business and recruitment needs.
• Develop and maintain career portals, recruitment tools and networks.

Profile

A successful Exec Recruiter should have:

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork all at a senior level.
• Knowledge of legislation, with an emphasis on employment and equality regulations.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
• Excellent decision-making skills.

Job Offer

• An estimated salary range of £60,000 - £65,000 GBP per year.
