About the Role:
As an Internal Salesperson, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your role involves building and maintaining an active customer base, developing new sales, and supporting the company's sales objectives. You'll work closely with the Sales Manager, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop sales opportunities
- Provide professional responses to Internal Sales inquiries
- Create and follow up on quotations
- Directly manage and grow the customer portfolio
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain accurate customer records using company software
- Collaborate with colleagues and support team goals
The Ideal Candidate:
Our client is looking for a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and contribute positively to the team. Experience in Internal Sales and knowledge of the building industry is desirable.
