Swift Placements are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Consultantto join our clients busy sales team in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of timber and sheet materials. This role involves managing incoming inquiries, providing quotes, and assisting the external sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries promptly.
- Prepare accurate quotes and follow up with potential customers.
- Build and maintain a ledger of accounts, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the external sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Continuously seek new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and other prospecting activities.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of timber and sheet materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a sales environment.
