Our client, based in Derry is looking for an Executive Officer to join their team
Job Description:
Role is a team lead role requiring the ability to direct, lead , develop and manage a team of staff within the public sector , driving the team to success .This role will deliver services for customers who are based in Great Britain.? Full training will be provided.? Main duties and essential skills may include, while not limited to:
- Effective call handling skills?
- Good verbal and written communication skills?
- Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work within and contribute to a team environment.?
- Ability to work accurately within specific deadlines and to achieve relevant targets.?
- Basic IT skills / computer literacy with an aptitude for learning new systems.?
- Organised with good time management skills.?
- Excellent interpersonal skills?
- Excellent work ethic with a desire to personally develop.
- Excellent attendance and time keeping
These roles are full-time, office based.? Working from home may become available in the future.
Essential Criteria:- 5 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)
- 2 Alevels in any subject (certificate proof required)
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use own initiative
Wage:- £13.81ph (weekly)

- Lisahally Service Centre, Temple Road, Lisahally
The Telephony Advances Team are due to move
to Ballykelly in Spring 2024
Start Date:
- 12th February 2024
Induction, Technical training and Consolidation will take place virtually on site
Training times will be 09:00 to 17:00 each day, and be paid at a basic 37 hour week
Length Of Assignment:
- 51 weeks, with possible extension
Work Pattern:
-The contracted hours are 8am - 8pm Monday – Friday and every 4th Saturday on a rota basis. However, at present staff are working various shift patterns between 9.00 – 5.00 Monday to Friday. DWP business areas in Northern Ireland adhere to Great Britain Easter Public Holidays and jobholder will be required to observe Easter Public Holidays of Good Friday and Easter Monday
- 37 hour week, Monday – Friday and every 4th Saturday
