Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Council in Northwest London who are looking to recruit an Executive PA to support two Strategic Directors. The role is offered on an initial 3 month temporary basis with a potential to be extended and offers hybrid working arrangements
Duties:
- Responsible for arranging meetings, preparing reports and presentations
- Responsible for diary management using Outlook
- Act as first point of contact, handling calls and queries
- To take notes in meetings with accuracy and attention to detail
Experience:
- Provided secretarial / administrative support to a Director/ Executive members
- Experience of administering board level committees including minute taking
- Exceptional organisational and administration skills
- Knowledge of the full range of administrative processes
