Form of workDue to heavy growth within the business, my client is looking for a driven and hardworking Inside Sales Executive to join their family business located in Watford. The role of the Inside Sales Executive will be to deliver new business by actively identifying and acquiring new opportunities within their market through Telephone, email and social platforms. The inside Sales Executive will also be responsible for keeping up to date with market knowledge and new and emerging technologies in order to identify and generate new leads and opportunities. In addition, the Inside Sales Executive will also be speaking with customers on a regular basic so you need to have strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate on all levels and be able to provide exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for a sales professional to grow and develop their skillset and work their way up the career ladder.
Inside Sales Executive Package:
- £30,000 base salary.
- Office based.
- Monday - Friday.

Inside Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Form strong working relationships.
- Cold calling to arrange with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Keep up to date with market knowledge and emerging technologies.
- Ability to present my clients product/ service with strong knowledge.
- Represent my client at trade show, exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
- Ability to upsell and notify special promotions where necessary.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Inside Sales Executive Requirements:
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Previous experience in a sales environment is a plus but not essential!
- Ability to work well on you own as well as well in a team.
- Great communication and listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
