This newly created role is part of the commercial team’s growth and will report into the Head of B2B/Industrial food division. The business is seeking a recent graduate with either a placement year within FMCG or someone who is keen to launch their careers in FMCG sales with a business that offers a dynamic and ever-evolving environment. The role will offer you valuable experience and develop your skills across account management support and new business drive whilst working with current customers and delivering their needs.
The successful candidate will have the following criteria:-
- A 2023/2024 Graduate with the willingness to learn begin a career in sales.
- Commercially minded with a good understanding of FMCG.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams both internally & externally.
- Must be able to build rapport with customers and develop new relationships.
- Need to be driven, motivated and have a growth mentality with the appetite for success.
- Strong communicator and effective networker with good Microsoft office skills.
- Ability to work in Hertfordshire 4-5 days p/wk
This role is ideal for a recent graduate with some FMCG experience looking to join a business that offers progression from a Graduate position to Junior Account Manager and then National Account level.
