Executive Pa

Red Recruitment is recruiting an Executive PA to join our client, a telecoms and technology company who are recognised as a leader in their field. You will be working to support two members of the C-Suite team completing a range of tasks.

The salary for this position is between 38,000 - 45,000 per annum and is located in Solihull.

Key Responsibilities of an Executive PA:

• Supporting two of the C-Suite team, helping to organise their schedule
• Making travel arrangements for the C-Suite team
• Working directly with high-level employees
• Preparing corporate documents
• Handling a wide range of high-level administrative tasks including executive communication

Key Skills and Experience of an Executive PA:

• You must be able to work under extreme pressure and deadlines
• A good understanding of project management is an essential skill
• A professional and friendly demeanour is required
• Self-motivated but able to work as a team
• Previous experience as a PA is preferred
