Executive Pa

We are proud to be supporting a respected and growing organisation in Wiltshire, with the recruitment of a PA to support C Suite Executives.

This is a hybrid role, working 3 days a week in their head office and the rest remotely.

The role

Working closely with the leaders of the organisation, you will provide comprehensive support in managing diaries and organising meetings and events with internals and external stakeholders. You will be required to collate and prepare board packs and customer presentations, manage expenses, organise travel, and oversee the office supplies and facilities, ensuring they are well maintained.

This organisation is fast growing, and there will be plenty of opportunity for you to make your mark through a variety of ad hoc projects. Whether reviewing existing processes and systems for efficiencies, or supporting a Director with a new business initiative, your experience and expertise will be fully utilised!

About you

You will be a professional and competent communicator who always represents the organisation to the highest possible standard and remains calm and composed under pressure. You will be happy to work in a busy team environment and maintain high levels of confidentiality.

You are someone who thrives on managing multiple priorities, building credible relationships with stakeholders across an organisation and delivering results to the benefit of your executives.

You will bring experience within a relevant role, advanced MS office skills including Outlook and PowerPoint, a keen eye for detail and an ability to interpret reports and data and translate this into narrative that informs and engages.
