Join our #OneBlueFamily National Accounts team in this field and onsite based Executive Account Manager role which will be based onsite in Liverpool and Bangor in Wales requiring travel between the two client sites as required.
- Salary basic 28k + car allowance £4800 + quarterly bonus
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as an Executive Account Manager:
You will be delivering exceptional service through the timely supply of Flexible Employees for one of our key national account clients within the call centre sector.
- Developing strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Based onsite and travelling to client sites in Liverpool and Bangor, Wales so you will need to drive and have access to a car (car allowance included)
- Managing the Flexible Employee call centre office workforce
- Dealing with complaints, Flexible Employee performance and HR issues
- Resourcing and facilitating the ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment of candidates
- Ensuring levels of flexible employees are available to meet client needs
- Conducting interviews and inductions
- Attending client review meetings and regularly travelling between sites
- Delivery of key performance targets and Service Level agreements
- Service management: compliance, administration, payroll, maintaining records and databases
