About this role
The Executive Reward Strategy Partner will collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR, legal, and finance teams to ensure our compensation initiatives align with business goals, attract top-tier talent, and drive organisational success.
This role requires a deep understanding of compensation trends, regulatory compliance, and the ability to balance competitive packages with the company's financial health.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role
- Responsible for developing and implementing an executive reward strategy covering the top 250 employees at JET to ensure reward is competitive and in line with the business goals
- Analyse market trends, benchmarking, and industry best practices to ensure our plans remain attractive and aligned with market standards.
- Stay updated on reward regulations and best practices. Ensure all programs and practices are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations to our industries and geographies
- Partner closely with other HR stakeholders thinking outside of ‘just’ reward, to build strong relationships, provide expert advice and educate colleagues
- Drive data at the heart of our ways of working, providing insights that inform decision making and provides information to stakeholders at the point of need
- Effectively communicate executive compensation programs to senior leadership, executives, and other stakeholders and provide guidance and education to the wider HR team
- Please note that this role is not responsible for the JET Management Board (CEO, CFO, COO and CCO).
What will you bring to the table?
- Experience in executive compensation design and administration, preferably in a complex global environment.
- Strong understanding of executive compensation trends, tax implications, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools and HRIS systems for Reward analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior leadership, internal stakeholders and external partners
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
