- Interviewing and working with C-Suite and Executive level candidates to help them in finding their next long-term position.
- Building cutting-edge databases, to continually position them as a market leader in your specialised markets.

Our clients run an internal training academy led by our Learning and Development team. As a new consultant you will spend 5 weeks training, making you a 360-degree Consultant. This includes taking part in comprehensive workshops, designed to create future business leaders. This training will give you skills to communicate effectively and form new client relationships in your market, allowing you to place candidates immediately. They further ensure that every employee is developing and growing in their position by running weekly internal 1 to 1 training sessions.
