Location: Leeds City centre
Salary: £22,000 annually, including a desirable bonus structure (Typically £30k+ in the first year)
Raw Selection is a genuine Executive Search firm, one of only two in Leeds. We work exclusively with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies across Europe and North America. We partner with our clients to secure investment and back-office professionals, then our portfolio division introduces the CEO, CFO and COO profiles into the companies they acquire.

About the Opportunity
We are searching for ambitious Graduates who have a desire to work in the world of Recruitment. With ongoing training and support from our team, you’ll be combining a number of strategies for generating leads for potential new searches for private equity firms. Working closely with our Senior Recruitment Consultants as part of the Private Equity team, you’ll gain a broad insight into the key skills needed to succeed in a recruitment firm.
* Create and coordinate lead generation campaigns
* Continuously build your network via various outlets, including LinkedIn messaging and posting
* Create a lead pipeline of contacts in the recruitment sales pipeline
* Make outbound sales calls to prospective candidates
Once you’ve achieved the goals set, you’ll then be given the opportunity to progress into a business development position, where you’ll be securing new clients, maintaining those relationships and deep dive into specific searches.
