Your Opportunity:

As an Executive Search Consultant, you'll become a leading figure within The People Of: X. Your role involves setting up, launching, and owning your own market/sector, operating essentially as your own business within a business. We're seeking an established recruiter and senior operator with a hunger for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, launch, and own your specific industry/market.
• Lead and manage recruitment activity, onboarding new clients, undertaking challenging search/headhunt assignments and ultimately build your own team.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand your client base and increase revenue streams.
• Nurture client relationships, understand their recruitment needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring high-quality candidate selection, interviewing, and successful placements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to offer innovative recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven success and track record in the recruitment industry (ideally minimum £200k billings), with leadership experience.
• Hunger, drive, ambition, resilience, and innovative ideas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Adept at managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
• Expertise in talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruitment best practices.

Based in Leeds, West Yorkshire we operate a hybrid policy working 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home - this model can be flexible for the right candidate as we are more concerned with hiring the right person.
