Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Experianced Automotive Service Advisor. As a SA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. This is a full-time position located in .

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to our service department

- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle's issues

- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance based on mechanical knowledge

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers

- Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs

- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments received

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns

Qualifications:

- Previous experience is required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in cash handling procedures

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
