We are currently recruiting for an experienced Butcher to join a well established company based in Stoke-on-Trent.
Main responsibilities of this Butcher role:
Cutting and serving meat
Sausage making & Bacon cutting
Weighing, packaging, pricing and displaying goods
Cleaning and maintain equipment
Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls
Dealing with customers and providing advice
Skills required for this Butcher role:
Proven experience in a similar role
Experience in meat cutting
Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts
Must be comfortable working in cold environments
Must be available to work weekends
Job Details of this Butcher role:
Up to £12.00PH
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Days of work will include weekends, with 2 days off in the week
