Responsibilities of a Delivery Consultant:
As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Build Strong Client Relationships: Understand and meet clients' recruitment needs and preferences.
- Manage Recruitment Process: Guide the process from role qualification to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and LinkedIn, to identify and attract top talent.
- Thorough Candidate Assessments: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure the right match.
- Client Updates: Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate feedback.
- Lead Generation: Contribute to the growth of Conexus by generating valuable leads.
What We Seek in a Delivery Consultant:

- Proven Recruitment Experience: A solid track record of delivering results - IT industry experience is not essential but would be a distinct benefit
