Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Evonet
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
-Inputting quotes, orders and checking
Dealing with customer queries relating to orders
- Assist in resolving any order-related issues or customer inquiries
- Follow established business processes and standard operating procedures
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of order processing
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
