Job Description
As a Customer Order Processor you will:
- Accurately process Customer Orders in a timely manner
- Liaise with other departments to ensure delivery schedules are met
- Handle customer enquiries effectively and professionally
- Maintain and update order and customer records
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Order Processor should have:
- Experience in a similar role, i.e. Customer Order processing
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Can commit to a temporary role
