Salary: OTE upwards of £46,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Sunday as per rota (5.5 days per week)
Location: Chiswick Honda, 4 Power Road, Chiswick London W4 5YT

Chiswick Honda has been part of the local community for the last 23 years and is the flagship for Honda UK located in West London.
What you will be doing:
* Achieve set targets and sales objectives, and accomplish maximum profitability from vehicle and accessory sales.
* Chasing up on the progress on sold orders and using the database for customer follow-ups to maximise sales
* To appraise, verify and negotiate the purchase of part-exchange vehicles
* Ensure all relevant technical, product, legal and promotional information is obtained and understood
* Ensuring customer satisfaction is a main priority, to ensure our CSI levels are maintained
What we need from you:
* A full manual driving licence (essential)
* Automotive Sales experience
* Outstanding communication skills, both in person and on the telephone, with the ability to listen, understand and interpret
customer needs
* Motivation and determination to meet and exceed set minimum standards
* Proficient IT skills, including MS Office Packages
