Front of House - Reception/ Administration
Primary and Secondary Schools
Working times very between schools (07.45- 15.30/ 08.00-16.00/ 08.30-16.30)
Hourly rate £14.00 -£15.00ph paye
School experience is not essential!
• You will have an enhanced DBS registered to the update service.
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Proven administration skills
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Good Attention to detail
• Customer Service awareness
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with MS Packages
• Knowledge of safeguarding or willingness to train (online training course) compulsory
• GDPR and Confidentiality in the workplace
• Working within a school you will have face-to-face contact with staff at all levels of seniority, students & parents so you will have the ability to communicate with them professionally and politely.
