Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Experienced Social Worker for the Children with Disabilities service to join an Authority based in Medway

About the role:

You will manage a caseload within a framework of appropriate reflective supervision, undertaking focused, analytical assessments, SMART plans and reviews, ensuring all vulnerable children and young people with disabilities receive a service that reflects the Council's commitment to child and adult safeguarding and meaningful transition into young adulthood.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Relevant Social Work qualification
• You will have completed your ASYE
• You will have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
• Active Social Work England registration
