Freightserve recruitment are looking for two Export Customer Service / Gateway Coordinators to work 4 days on 4 days off. The company is a major Freight Forwarder based in the Heathrow area.
Role Responsibilities:-
- Working as part of LHR Export Customer Service and gateway department.
- Plan Flight Schedules / manage allocation and rates
- Responsible for ensuring clients KPI requirements.
- Flight and capacity management to get best achieved rates
- Planning and executing ULD builds
- Hold strong relationships with the carrier operations
- Working with internal teams
- Accurate completion of all types of customs paperwork and shipping documents.
- Ensure all queries are acted upon immediately and where necessary escalated to senior staff.
- Adhere to Aviation Security and the company’s security procedure.
