About the Position:
As an Export Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding European sales for a distinguished manufacturing leader in the automotive aftermarket. This isn't your typical position with an average company – it's an opportunity to join a market leader with a strong presence in buying groups and a commitment to continuous innovation.
The salary are offering a very competitive basic salary of £55,000 - £60,000 plus bonus and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Take charge of growing sales with key European automotive aftermarket distributors.
- Customer Base Enhancement: Build and nurture relationships with an existing customer base, ensuring lasting partnerships.
- Representation: Showcase the capabilities of an industry-leading manufacturer with the ability to deliver orders across Europe on the next business day.
You:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in French and German.
- Experience: Proven ability to win new business and manage accounts, preferably within the DACH market.
- Leadership: Capable of managing a team, including sales-focused and commercial-focused team members.
- Sales Expertise: Comfortable with the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing to account management.
- Can be based anywhere in the UK, however, you will be relatively close to an airport.
