Main responsibilities:
Utilise authentic leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care.
Be the person in charge responsible for the day to day running of the service with 24-hour responsibility for the care of the Service Users.
Provide improvement, independence, and a choice for service users.
The successful candidate will have Level 5 in Health and Social Care, previous experience as an Extra Care or supported living service manager and will have held registration as a CQC manager.
