Job Description:
As an EYFS and KS1 Teacher at our school, you will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners. Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
- Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development
- Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child
- Participating in school events, meetings, and professional development activities as required
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and/or Key Stage 1 (KS1) students
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students
- Knowledge of current educational practices and a willingness to engage in professional development
