Do you have plumbing experience working on bathrooms/ washrooms within a commercial environment such as hotels or schools?

In this days based role you will be responsible for undertaking plumbing/fabric planned preventative and reactive maintenance work services throughout designated buildings, in additional to general caretaking activities, ensuring adherence to operational, regulatory, and contractual compliance.
The Fabric Maintenance & Facilities Operative shall undertake any planned minor installation works or other such project works as required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a maintenance role within a commercial building such as a hotel or school where you have undertaken plumbing works.
This is a brilliant role for someone looking for a long term role where you can learn new skills which will open doors to difference engineering roles.

*Working Monday to Friday
*Days based role 9:00-17:00.
*Working within a commercial building
*Carrying out servicing and repair on washrooms
*Based near Kings cross station
The person
*Come from a handyman/ Fabric maintenance background.
*Have strong plumbing skills
*Have a background in maintaining bathrooms/ washrooms within commercial building such as schools or hotels.
*Live in a commutable distance to Kings Cross
