Facilities Admin Assistant (Postroom/Reception)
We have an opportunity for a versatile Part Time Facilities Admin Assistant (25 hours per week) to join our highly experienced facilities/reception team who are responsible for delivering the highest standards of campus presentation and customer service.
As a member of the team the role will vary day to day supporting both post room and reception/switchboard activities. The role will involve dealing with telephone & customer facing enquiries at main reception, whilst on occasion you will be supporting post room duties regarding incoming & outgoing post & parcels, and other deliveries.

Reporting to the Facilities supervisory team, you will have a passion and commitment to deliver excellent customer service, with an eye for detail, you should also have the commitment and ability to work within a fast paced and professional customer facing environment.
The salary for this role, for 25 hours per week, will be pro rata of the salary shown on the right-hand side (£14,748 to £16,383pa).
